广东中天智能设备有限公司（深圳鹏天），是一家以机器视觉、3D激光、检测、贴装自动化技术为核心的国家高新技术企业，在自动化相关领域已经有超过十年的积累经验。目前已经自主研发多种成熟稳定的设备，包括：视觉3D检测设备、视觉贴装设备、柔性分选摆盘设备、柔性分选编带设备、晶圆分拣设备、测试分选设备等自动化设备。
